For future Villagers & Realtors

Before the moving truck, make a better plan.

A move comes with two to-do lists: the home you are leaving and the one waiting for you. All Pro can discuss the practical repairs and finishing work around that transition, with clear priorities rather than a frantic final week.

The transition in three parts

Less scramble. More confidence at each handoff.

We are a handyman service, not a moving company or real-estate brokerage. Our hands-on work is for local properties within a confirmed route. If the home you are leaving is out of area, use this checklist with a provider there and ask All Pro about the destination home.

01 / BEFORE LISTING PHOTOS

Polish the home you are leaving

If the current home is within our route, walk through as a buyer would. Otherwise use this as a checklist with a local provider: note loose hardware, door adjustments, wall scuffs, paint touch-ups and small exterior details.

  • Rank photo-visible items first.
  • Share the photography date.
  • Separate repairs from cleaning and staging.
02 / BETWEEN CONTRACT AND CLOSE

Sort the inspection list

Some items are simple finish repairs; others require licensed trades, permits or further investigation. Share the relevant pages of the list so we can discuss only work that fits our scope.

  • Highlight the requested item and location.
  • Include clear photos and access details.
  • Do not treat a cosmetic patch as a fix for active damage.
03 / BEFORE MOVE-IN

Plan the first useful visit

Choose the mount, hang, adjust and paint details you would like ready soon after the keys are in hand. Product information and room measurements make the first discussion much more productive.

  • List furniture, mounting and hardware tasks.
  • Mark rooms that must work first.
  • Confirm access and address before scheduling.
Illustrative planning conversation about a home punch list

For your agent, too

One organized list is easier to move forward.

Realtors can share a prioritized, photo-supported punch list with a deadline. We will discuss what a handyman can take on and where a specialty professional should step in.

Planning questions

Should I start before I know my closing date?

Yes, for planning. Photos and a priority list help identify materials and scope. Actual scheduling depends on property access, timing and availability.

Can one handyman handle every inspection item?

No. Electrical, plumbing, structural, roof and other regulated work may require an appropriately licensed professional. We will discuss the fit of individual items rather than promise an entire inspection response.

What if the new home is south of SR 44?

Tell us the village or full address. We are focusing on The Villages and nearby communities along and south of SR 44, but confirm each route before committing to service.

The next step is simple

Tell us where you are in the move.

Send your address, project photos and top priorities. We will discuss scope and current availability—no vague promises and no guessing about specialty work.
